Return & Refund Policy

We are delighted to welcome you to the Christian Leaders and Higher Life Conference 2025, hosted by Believers Loveworld Trust. In order to maintain transparency and proper administration, please carefully read our Return and Refund Policy before purchasing your ticket.

  • Non-Refundable Policy All ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for this event are non-refundable and non-returnable, regardless of personal circumstances, including (but not limited to) illness, travel disruptions, or change of schedule.
  • Transfer of Ticket While tickets are non-refundable, you may transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend. The name change/transfer request must be submitted in writing to the official conference email at least 7 days before the event.
  • Event Cancellation or Postponement In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants. If the conference is rescheduled or postponed, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new dates. No refund will be offered.
  • No-Show Policy Failure to attend the event (without prior transfer of your ticket) will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be provided.
  • Agreement By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Return & Refund Policy.
